Introduction

Creativity

Creativity and simple thinking in new ways are facilitated when people are willing to invest time in advance to think in new ways. Better thinkers are likely to realise that investing more time in advance is better to process the problem more efficiently later. But the fact is that creative people often seek opposition; that is, they choose to think in ways that contradict the thinking of others (Sternberg, 2006).

That’s right.

In this module, you will gain knowledge and skills related to finding new ideas, thinking, designing and implementing new games that you can use as a local community animator.

Training Course

By strengthening your creativity skills, you stop and think about every challenge. Various methods help to activate (all) facts and emotions; they help you to think about alternatives and decide rationally and objectively. However, there can be something completely new and unacceptable to the environment. Such ideas can also lead to innovation. Strengthening the skills of creativity can also be a game that the animator incorporates into his program and thus fills the time of animation, which can be interesting, humorous and at the same time creative.

After completing this module, you will

  • understand what creativity is and how to improve it,
  • learn some tools to approach new ideas and what to do with them,
  • think about each challenge first and make an objective decision, although you will also check your feelings and attitude towards the decision,
  • know how to come up with new ideas for working with young people, or you will already include creative exercises in the animation.
