Introduction

By developing this competence, you will be working in the effective communication. This will be highly useful for your daily activities with the client, as eventual problems may arise and our proposal is about specific tools to help you to learn effective ways to deal with them. The main objective of this module 2 will be to train the animators to know how to develop specific forms of improving their effective communication skills and abilities.

Interpersonal communication is an exchange of messages between at least two related persons, and each interaction has at least a few points of reference, such as applicable rules of conduct, mutual expectations and mutual focus. Thus, interpersonal communication is a noise-disturbed process of transmitting information between two or a small group of its participants, through one or more channels, causing specific effects and immediate feedback. In order to carry out the communication process, at least two people must be involved. So it’s easy to think of communication between the sender and receiver of the message.
